I define playable as reasonably smooth and stable gameplay with no egregious glitches or issues (particularly major input lag). Notes: I use the standalone ppsspp emulator (better performance apparently) with stock settings except for bindings, as the L/R buttons must be rebound to work (at least with a DS4).
